On Friday, 30th January 2009, we were advised by Sam Paddock, of Paddocks in Cape Town, of their decision to discontinue the UCT & Paddocks Trustee Training Certificate Course as from the end of July 2009. The course, which has been presented around the country for some two years now by various accredited facilitators on behalf of Paddocks & UCT, has unfortunately not received a level of support to make it viable to continue with in its current format. Sam went on to say that Paddocks are considering various formats and alternate delivery options of the material in the future and that they will make an annoucement in this regard in the near future. Connecta Realty, who have facilitated this course for Paddocks in Durban for the last 18 months, would like to thank Paddocks for the opportunity, in particular, Sam Paddock - it really has been a pleasure working with such a focused, professional and supportive group of people!
